General Provisions

577bt (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "us") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to any user ("Member" or "you") of the Platform.

By accessing the 577bt website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Any provision stated here will be interpreted in light of the laws of Bangladesh.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with 577bt, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
• You must be a legal resident or citizen of Bangladesh.
• Only one account per person is permitted — the same individual may not operate multiple accounts.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You must not be subject to any legal disqualification (ban, court order, etc.).

577bt may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified period, the account may be temporarily suspended.

If an account is registered using false information, it will be cancelled and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

Account Management & Security

Each Member is fully responsible for the security of their own account. The following requirements are mandatory:

• Your password must be kept confidential at all times and must not be shared with anyone.
• Third parties must not be allowed to use your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Login credentials should be kept secure, and logging in from public devices should be avoided.

577bt will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from a Member's negligence. However, in the case of technical errors, we will always make every effort to assist the Member.

Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are currently supported on the 577bt platform:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay (mobile banking)
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC, and Islami Bank)

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same for each method).
• Deposited funds must come from the Member's own registered payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and the funds will be returned in such cases.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process has not been completed.

Bonuses & Promotions

The following terms apply when claiming promotional offers from 577bt:

Welcome Bonus

• New Members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be completed.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per Member (one household / one device / one IP address).
• Bonuses are only usable within the 577bt platform.
• Bonus offers may have specific expiry periods, which will be stated in the offer's terms.
• If bonus abuse, suspicious patterns, or group betting is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• 577bt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in cricket betting, slots, live casino, and other gaming activities on 577bt:

• A confirmed bet or gaming round cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error on the platform is proven.
• If an event is cancelled or unresolved, bets will be settled according to 577bt's own rules.
• 577bt reserves the right to void any bet or round that produces an abnormal result due to a technical error.
• If suspicious activity is detected, the transactions of the relevant account will be reviewed.
• 577bt is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity issues during live betting.

Game rules, payout structures, and special terms may vary for each game or betting market. You should read the relevant rules before participating in any game or market.

Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

577bt is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all Members. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automation tool to play games or place bets.
• Intentionally exploiting game errors or bugs.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Colluding with other Members on the platform to manipulate games.
• Selling, transferring, or leasing an account to a third party.
• Impersonating platform staff or engaging in fraudulent communication.

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and all balances will be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Privacy & Data Protection

• Use Members' information only for the purpose of providing services.
• Do not sell personal information to third parties.

Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

577bt will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• For losses caused by a member's own negligence or unauthorized access.
• In situations of force majeure (natural disasters, war, government restrictions, etc.).
• For temporary unavailability during technical maintenance or upgrades.

However, if a member suffers a financial loss due to a technical error on 577bt's part, it will be resolved through a proper investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure

577bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
• Evidence of involvement in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Prolonged inactivity on the account (generally 12 months or more).
• At the member's own request.

If there is a valid balance prior to account closure, the member will be given the opportunity to withdraw it, unless forfeiture applies due to fraud or a breach of the terms and conditions.

If a member wishes to close their account themselves, they must inform the support team. In that case, any existing valid balance may be withdrawn.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

577bt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Before any changes take effect:

• A notice will be posted on the platform's main page.
• Registered email addresses will be notified where possible.
• For significant changes, members may be asked for confirmation upon logging in.

If you continue using the platform after changes have been made, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you may request to close your account.
